This policy explains how Monu Enterprises delivers your order of purified water bottles and jars.

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Fatehpur and surrounding serviceable areas in Uttar Pradesh. If your address falls outside our current delivery zone, we will inform you at the time of order confirmation and offer a full refund for any online payment made.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically packed and dispatched the same day.
• Standard delivery time is same-day to 24 hours from order confirmation, depending on your location and order size.
• Bulk orders (e.g. multiple 19L jars for offices) may take slightly longer and will be confirmed with you directly over phone.
• Delivery timelines may be affected by weather, local restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control — we will keep you informed in such cases.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery is currently free on all orders above ₹200 within our serviceable area. Orders below this amount may attract a nominal delivery charge, which will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Order Tracking

You can view the status of your orders anytime by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section. For real-time delivery updates, our team may also contact you directly on the phone number provided at checkout.

5. Failed or Delayed Delivery

• Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during the expected delivery window, and that your address and phone number are accurate.
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the address, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule; repeated failed attempts may result in order cancellation as per our Refund Policy.

6. Jar Deposits & Pickup (19L)

For reusable 19L jars, an empty jar may be collected at the time of your next delivery as part of our exchange process. Please keep your empty jars ready for pickup.
